• Can you help me with a customer service problem on my dating site?
  Profilehelper is committed to helping our clients in any way we can but we are not a part of any dating site. If you have a customer service issue with your site like account deactivation or you do not know how to upload files to your dating profile, please contact the customer serves department of the site you belong to.

• How long will it take for me to receive my completed order?
  All orders are completed and returned to our clients within 2-3 business days. If you have ordered a phone consultation w/profile creation, your new profile will be available 2-3 business days after the consultation.

• What if I am not happy with my new essays?
  In the rare instance that you are not happy with your new profile, contact us at support@profilehelper.com within 48 hours of the time you receive your new profile and we will continue working on your profile until you are satisfied

• What if I miss an appointment for a consultation?
  In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment for a consultation, we request that you contact us within 12 hours of the scheduled time. If you have set your appointment less then 12 hours from the time, please contact us as soon as you know you will not be available for the consultation. Failure to contact us before the call will result in you being charged for the full amount of the appointment.

• How do I cut and paste my text?
  Highlight the area you wish to copy, cut, and paste by holding the left mouse button down and highlighting your profile text. When you have reached the end of the wanted text release the left mouse button and right click on the highlighted portion. Next, choose the "copy" option from the menu that appears.

Once you have copied your text you can choose where you would like the text to go. Next, click the right mouse button in the area you wish to paste the text. Select "paste" from the menu that appears. The text should appear where you have chosen to place it.
